Every piece of equipment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and servicing process by our in-house technicians to ensure it meets our 'Soundgas Standard' for performance and reliability.
Do you ship electronics internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using specialist couriers. All items are professionally packed in custom-made crates or heavy-duty boxes to ensure they arrive safely at your studio.
What is your return policy on studio equipment?
We offer a 14-day return period for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return. Note that certain bespoke or modified items may be subject to different terms.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
Most of our vintage and used gear comes with a 3-month warranty against functional defects. New products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty, typically lasting 12 to 24 months.
Can I request a specific voltage for my region?
Absolutely. Where possible, we can internalize voltage conversions or provide high-quality external transformers to ensure your gear works perfectly with your local power supply.
What payment methods do you accept?
